Job summary

Snap Fitness is seeking a Franchise Business Coach to support and coach franchisees across our network. You will drive operational excellence, improve member experience, and guide pre-opening and ongoing operations with strategic training and relationship-building.

You will develop deep familiarity with Snap Fitness systems and platforms, provide actionable performance insights, and deliver field coaching across assigned clubs to ensure brand compliance and growth.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in franchise or fitness industry.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Support and coach franchisees to meet operational standards.
• Deliver training and guidance aligned with brand goals.
• Analyze KPIs and provide strategic improvement recommendations.
• Communicate with franchisees through meetings and reports.
