Job summary

Floor Coverings International, Ltd. is seeking an Office Manager to support the growth of the local franchise. You will help write proposals, lead the scheduling and installation of projects, assist with marketing efforts, and help maintain clean financials.

No experience is required, but 1–3 years of experience is preferred. This is a full-time role with paid training, annual conventions, and access to the Mobile Showroom for work appointments when available (insurance and gas covered by the

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
• Capable of working independently without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop trust with customers by living our core values daily.
• Create raving fans by providing extra-mile service.
• Convert leads to appointments by scheduling sales team visits.
• Follow up on open proposals as needed.
• Keep showroom and office organized and presentable.
• Assist in developing, managing & delivering local marketing tactics.
• Resolve customer conflicts.
• Meet with sales staff to discuss orders and production timelines.
• Order products, schedule jobs, and coordinate with installers.
• Update Salesforce/production board daily with status and upcoming work.
