Job summary

Floor Coverings International of Lakeland is seeking an Office Manager to drive growth, manage scheduling and installations, assist with marketing efforts, and maintain clean financials.

No experience required, but 1-3 years of experience is preferred; offering paid training, full-time employment, an annual company convention, and the use of the Mobile Showroom for work appointments when available (insurance and gas covered by the company).

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
• Experienced in bookkeeping using QuickBooks is a plus.
• Able to work independently without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop trust with customers by living our Core Values daily.
• Convert leads to appointments by scheduling for the sales team.
• Keep the showroom and office organized and presentable.
• Assist in the development, management & delivery of local marketing tactics.
• Update Salesforce/production board daily with status of job and upcoming schedule.
• Coordinate with installers and customers on start dates and times.
• Resolve customer conflicts.
