You will lead scheduling and installation coordination, assist with marketing efforts, and help maintain clean financial records. The role offers paid training and opportunities to participate in the annual convention, with use of the Mobile Showroom for work appointments when available, with insurance and gas coverage by the company.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Clear, professional communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Experience with QuickBooks bookkeeping is a plus.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop trust with customers by living our core values.
• Convert leads to appointments by scheduling for the sales team.
• Keep showroom and office organized and presentable.
• Assist in local marketing tactics and campaign delivery.
• Update production/operations status and ensure timely billing.
