Job summary

Floor Coverings International, the #1 mobile flooring company in North America, is seeking an Office Manager to lead customer relations, scheduling, and office operations at the local franchise.

You will support marketing efforts, help maintain clean financials, and coordinate proposals, showroom upkeep, and communication between sales, production, and customers. No experience required; 1–3 years preferred, paid training, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
• Experienced in bookkeeping using QuickBooks is a plus.
• Able to work independently without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer management by building trust and converting leads to appointments.
• Coordinate scheduling of installations and manage customer communications.
• Assist in local marketing efforts and maintain showroom organization.
• Manage operations: order products, schedule jobs, and track progress.
• Complete job costing and update QuickBooks daily.
• Participate in weekly owner meetings and process improvements.
