Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking an experienced Director of Franchise Engagement to guide franchise owners from agreement signing through new center openings. You will serve as the main liaison between franchisees and corporate teams, keeping projects on schedule and stakeholders aligned across site selection, real estate development, pre-construction, and opening preparations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Project Management, Hospitality, Operations, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in franchise development, franchise operations, real estate development, project management, multi-unit operations, or client-facing business roles.
• Experience with CRM and project management systems; Monday.com experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for franchise owners throughout the development process.
• Guide franchisees through key milestones, expectations, decisions, and next steps.
• Provide clear and consistent updates regarding project status, site activity, and development timelines.
• Build trusted relationships while setting expectations and maintaining accountability.
• Coordinate site matching requests, site evaluations, and development activities with franchisees and internal teams.
• Track franchise development projects from agreement signing through site selection, pre-construction, and opening preparation.
