Job summary

Zinga's is seeking a Marketing Lead to own franchise-launch marketing across new territories. You will orchestrate pre-opening to 90-day campaigns, manage local digital presence, and coach franchise owners on effective tactics to turn awareness into booked appointments.

You will partner with NSO, agencies, and owners to ensure timely delivery, optimize campaigns, and build scalable templates for rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in local, field, or franchise marketing, ideally in home services or a multi-location brand.
• Hands-on experience with Google Business Profile, Google and Meta ads, and review platforms.
• Comfort reading lead-funnel data and turning it into clear recommendations.
• Strong project management; you can run several launches on different timelines.
• Confidence coaching business owners and influencing without authority.
• Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or a similar CRM is a plus. Design skills (Canva or Adobe) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Launch marketing from pre-opening through first 90 days, coordinating with NSO and agency partners.
• Confirm territory grand-opening plans: paid search, social, direct mail, home shows, events.
• Track marketing readiness for upcoming openings and keep leadership informed.
• Coach owners on local marketing: lead response speed, review velocity, neighborhood canvassing, referral partners.
• Review and approve local marketing materials for brand compliance.
• Report lead volume, cost per lead, appointment rate, and close rate by territory; recommend adjustments.
• Follow up on agency-delivered launch tasks and keep assets and templates up to date.
• Configure campaign tracking and lead routing in GoHighLevel with ops and tech teams.
