• Franchise marketing experience in a multi‑unit brand.
• Proven funnel builder for lead generation campaigns.
• Execution focused with measurable results in hiring pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own franchise development lead generation end-to-end (goals, budget, agency direction).
• Create content and sales enablement assets (landing pages, stories, one-pagers).
• Build and measure employer go-to-market for styling hires.
• Develop local hiring playbooks for salons and franchisees.
• Provide monthly readouts on franchise and hiring pipelines to the CEO.
