Zinga's is seeking a remote Project Lead to drive franchise launches from signing to the first month post-opening. You will coordinate schedules, vendors, and onboarding while maintaining a repeatable launch process across multiple openings.

You will run regular calls with owners, manage starter-packs, and ensure CRM and project tools are set up. Travel is light, and a growth path to NSO Manager exists as unit counts rise.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in project coordination, franchise onboarding, or operations.
• Ability to manage several deadlines concurrently with attention to detail.
• Clear, warm communication with business owners; able to enforce timelines without friction.
• Experience with GoHighLevel, JobTread, or similar CRM/field-service tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally; travel is light.

Aufgaben

• Own the launch timeline for each franchise from signing through about 4 weeks after opening.
• Run weekly launch calls with new owners to review progress and remove roadblocks.
• Coordinate starter-pack orders, displays, install equipment, vehicles, branding, insurance and licensing docs.
• Set up and verify each new territory in CRM and tools (GoHighLevel, Zinga's Estimator Tool, JobTread).
• Schedule owners and their first hires into monthly training cohorts and track completion.
• Partner with Franchise Marketing for listings, campaigns and grand-opening events.
• Keep the system-wide launch tracker current for leadership visibility.
• Capture delays and propose fixes to the NSO playbook, checklists, and templates.
