Job summary

Lift Brands, Inc. seeks a Franchise Marketing Coach to lead marketing execution and coaching for new Snap Fitness locations, ensuring excellence and alignment with company goals.

You will guide pre-opening marketing to generate qualified leads, conduct on-site visits for local promotions, and collaborate with internal specialists in web/SEO, social media, and paid media to position each franchise for success. Travel up to 70% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years planning, executing, and optimizing across marketing channels with in-person local marketing.
• Proven ability to execute successful GTM strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategy.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Outstanding project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally including operations and product.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about the Snap Fitness brand.
• Disciplined, professional, and competitive.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Determine pre-opening and ongoing marketing needs for each franchisee and provide resources, training, and support.
• Execute go-to-market strategy and franchisee coaching for new openings to drive awareness and leads.
• Conduct in-person site visits ahead of openings to promote local marketing activities.
• Deliver coaching aligned with brand standards and business goals.
• Develop familiarity with Snap Fitness marketing systems and CRM.
• Guide franchisees on utilizing provided marketing platforms for success.
• Coordinate with Franchise Business Coach to ensure location success measured by memberships.
• Analyze KPIs to identify trends and opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Maintain clear records of coaching sessions and site visits.
