Job summary

Premium Service Brands is seeking a Franchise Launch Coach to partner with newly awarded franchise owners through onboarding, training, launch prep, grand openings, and early-stage business development. The role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and operational guidance to ensure readiness and milestone completion.

Responsibilities include structured onboarding, coaching sessions, training delivery, and collaboration with Operations, Marketing, and Training teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Management, Education, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in coaching, training, franchise operations, business consulting, customer success, or related roles.
• Experience supporting franchise systems, entrepreneurs, or small business owners preferred.
• Experience facilitating training programs and performance coaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• High-Frequency onboarding & Launch Coaching: primary contact for new franchise owners during onboarding and launch.
• Training & Development Franchisee: facilitate onboarding, training, and educational initiatives for franchise owners.
• Administrative & Operational Support: assist franchise owners with onboarding tasks and documentation.
• Revenue Milestones & Business Performance: help establish early revenue objectives and monitor performance.
• Weekly Accountability & Performance Coaching: conduct recurring coaching & accountability meetings.
• Grand Opening & Launch Support: guide launch prep and grand openings with internal teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Franchisee Success: coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Training and other departments.
