Zusammenfassung

Purpose Brands seeks a Local Marketing Manager to drive franchise-level marketing performance across our network. The role coaches studio owners on paid and organic channels, diagnosing drivers of client acquisition and retention, and implementing levers to grow bookings and studio revenue.

You will manage franchisee performance, normalize tiered support, and partner with shared services and field teams to lift results while staying current on platform changes and emerging tactics.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital, performance, or local marketing.
• Working knowledge of paid search and paid social to evaluate performance and explain strategy.
• Strong knowledge of local SEO, Google Business Profile, and review management.

Aufgaben

• Coach franchisees on paid media, Google Business Profile, local SEO/AEO, and reviews.
• Diagnose root causes of performance issues and build action plans with clear owners and timelines.
• Partner with paid media, analytics, and field teams on targeted interventions and measure lift.
• Translate national programs into local execution and feed insights back to channel strategy.
• Develop launch plans for new studios and support franchisees through first 90 days.
