Job summary

Purpose Brands LLC, the parent behind Waxing the City, seeks a Local Marketing Manager to own local marketing performance across our franchise network. You’ll coach studio owners on paid and organic marketing, diagnose drivers of client acquisition and retention, and push the right levers to grow new bookings and studio revenue.

In this hybrid role based in the United States, you’ll spend time in 1:1 franchisee conversations, translate national programs to local execution, lead local SEO,

Responsibilities

• Coach franchisees on paid media, Google Business Profile, local SEO/AEO, and reviews; diagnose drivers of acquisition/retention and define action plans with owners.
• Translate national marketing programs into local execution with the digital marketing team; stay current on platform changes and AI tools.
• Partner with new franchisees during pre-opening to build local launch plans covering paid media, GB Profile setup, and community outreach; track 90-day performance.
• Train franchisees on marketing tools via webinars/workshops; manage marketing support tickets and escalate recurring issues into scalable solutions.
