Job summary

Neighborly is seeking a Local Performance Marketing Specialist to drive local marketing programs for franchise owners and growth across markets. You will partner with the Field Business Coach team to align brand strategy and optimize a data-driven approach to leads, acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

You’ll monitor performance across online and offline channels, coach owners on plan execution, and deliver roll-up reporting to support revenue targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a franchise service or retail setting.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to marketing performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coach franchise owners on local marketing plans and program mix.
• Track key performance metrics (leads, CPL, revenue) for franchise growth.
• Present pre‑opening and ongoing marketing plan recommendations to drive targets.
• Develop roll-up reporting on franchise participation and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Field Business Coach team to align go‑to‑market strategies.
