Purpose Brands LLC in Boca Raton, FL, seeks a Local Marketing Manager to coach Waxing the City franchisees on paid and organic local marketing, diagnose drivers of client acquisition and retention, and implement strategic levers to grow new client bookings and studio revenue.

You will lead 1:1 coaching, develop local SEO and Google Business Profile initiatives, and translate national programs to local execution. Expect a hybrid work setup and regular collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in digital, performance, or local marketing with 2+ years in franchised environment.
• Strong knowledge of paid search, paid social, local SEO, and reviews management.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile.
• Willingness to travel up to 8-10x per year.

Responsabilidades

• Coach franchisees on paid and organic marketing and diagnose drivers of acquisition and retention.
• Maintain a studio performance tiering model and define support levels.
• Diagnose root causes across paid media, local search, reviews, and in-studio conversion with action plans.
• Partner with paid media, analytics, and field teams on targeted interventions and lift measurement.
• Develop repeatable playbooks from top-performing studios.
