Goosehead Insurance is seeking a Territory Manager to drive franchise growth and build strong relationships with prospective franchise owners. You will collaborate with BDRs to cultivate inbound leads and guide candidates through the qualification process.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of sales experience, a bachelor’s degree, and exceptional communication, networking, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of sales experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Identify & qualify franchise owner candidates via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo.
• Work through inbound marketing leads and develop relationships with prospects.
• Consult and advise on financial requirements for franchise approval.
