Job summary

Goosehead Insurance is seeking a Territory Manager to drive franchise development across assigned markets. You will work with Franchise Owner prospects, support onboarding, and grow relationships with potential franchisees while coordinating with BDRs to cultivate inbound leads.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of sales experience, a Bachelor's degree ( GPA 3.0 preferred), and a self-motivated, results-driven mindset. Some travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 2–4 years of sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Identify & qualify candidates with cold calls, email, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn.
• Handle inbound marketing leads and manage candidate evaluation.
• Advise on financial requirements for franchise approval.
• Travel within the territory as needed.
