Job summary

Celebree is seeking a Business Development Representative to build a nationwide franchise growth pipeline. You will qualify potential franchisees, respond to inquiries, and drive campaigns to convert leads through the CRM and reporting tools.

You must communicate clearly, collaborate with the Celebree team, and leverage Microsoft Office to track KPIs, prepare reports, and support executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with team members.
• Strong functional computer knowledge including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Power Point.
• Franchise experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a sustainable prospect and new business pipeline for Celebree Franchise Growth nationwide.
• Answer incoming inquiries and execute prospecting campaigns to increase conversion rates.
• Track and report KPI data, monitor leads in the CRM, and support development efforts.
