Celebree School is seeking a Licensing Specialist to support franchise openings and ensure state compliance across multiple jurisdictions. You will assist franchisees in recruiting qualified management, navigate regulations, and submit licensing applications to help new Schools launch smoothly.

The role requires strong communication, travel up to 75%, and a proactive approach to policy changes, with responsibility for creating compliant learning environments and timely inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in ECE or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Franchisees in recruiting state-qualified management teams.
• Maintain communication with Franchisees on state regulations.
• Submit licensing paperwork for approval and track status.
• Stay informed on evolving licensing regulations across states.
• Support openings of new Schools to meet licensing standards.
• Help create compliant, consistent learning environments.
