Job summary

Wonder, in the Chicago area, is hiring an Account Manager to serve as the day-to-day contact for franchise partners, upsell opportunities, and maintain accurate Salesforce pipelines. You’ll collaborate with the Account Manager to prepare Quarterly Business Reviews and participate in weekly client calls.

You will drive regional marketing campaigns, increase revenue across the book of business, manage restaurant trainings, monitor market closures, and route escalations to the right internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or highschool diploma/GED.
• Must be in the Chicago area.
• 1-2 Years in Account Management, Sales, or experience with large clients.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google products) with ability to learn new software; Salesforce.com or similar and JIRA a plus.
• Dynamic, positive, solution-focused attitude with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for Franchisees and Franchise groups.
• Upsell Franchise Partners on rate increases, marketing opportunities, and new tools/features.
• Maintain accurate account information and pipeline in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager for QBRs and strategic client meetings.
• Participate in weekly client calls with the Account Manager.
• Execute regional marketing campaigns for Franchise Partners.
• Increase revenue and reduce cancellations/attritions.
• Manage external restaurant trainings and operational efficiencies.
• Monitor market closures and events affecting franchise operations.
• Route escalations to correct internal departments and set proper expectations.
