Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a Franchise Business Coach in the Fort Lauderdale area to drive growth with our franchisees. You will collaborate with Operations and Training teams to launch new locations, monitor progress, and provide strategic guidance for ongoing success.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and optimizing profitability, with travel up to 50% and reporting to the Vice President of Operations. A passion for helping others succeed is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent education.
• 2-3 years of related experience in a franchise business model.
• True motivator with energetic, competitive spirit and coaching skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Increase gross sales revenue and profitability in assigned region.
• Examine P&L statements and develop strategies.
• Conduct regular performance reviews/coaching with franchise partners.
• Organize regional meetings to drive initiatives and best practices.
• Provide ongoing operational support to franchisees and staff.
• Travel for field visits up to 50%.
