Bodenvy seeks a Franchise Business Coach in Maitland, FL, to work with franchise owners across the lifecycle—from site selection through open and stabilization. You will analyze P&Ls, drive performance, and partner with marketing, operations, and real estate to improve results.

The role blends coaching with development responsibilities for new locations, requiring travel and strong interpersonal skills to guide owners toward profitable, scalable businesses within the Bodenvy model.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in franchise operations, franchise business coaching, multi-unit operations, or related field.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including ability to read a P&L.
• Experience coaching or influencing business owners, managers or senior operators.

Responsibilities

• Coach franchisees to achieve revenue, profitability and location performance.
• Lead field visits and quarterly reviews, monitor KPIs and operation standards.
• Support site selection, development, buildout and pre-opening activities for new locations.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, finance and real estate to optimize franchise performance.
