Job summary

Empower Brands seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead all aspects of the franchise network's operational strategy and execution. You will partner with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Shared Services to drive franchisee success, system growth, and financial performance across the brand.

The role requires building the Operations organization, establishing scalable processes, and owning the budget while delivering improvements in profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in franchise operations or executive leadership.
• Strong financial management, budgeting and P&L accountability.
• Experience leading organizational change and transformation.
• Ability to travel 40–50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the brand's operational strategy.
• Serve as strategic advisor to Brand President and executive team.
• Lead annual strategic planning, budgeting and long-range planning.
• Translate strategy into operational priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Identify opportunities, risks and industry trends impacting the franchise system.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement.
