Job summary

Inspire Brands, Inc. seeks a Business Consultant to manage a portfolio of franchisees, coaching them to hit goals in sales, profits, and growth while delivering a consistent brand experience.

You will analyze data to guide actions, support remodels and openings, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Travel to franchise locations will be required to ensure performance and alignment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (4-year).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze data and guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the operations and business performance goals for their portfolio of Franchisees.
• Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review with Franchisees to align on goals and commitments.
• Track and review data to guide Franchisee actions and monitor progress.
• Support remodels and new restaurant openings with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate training support with Field Training Team for franchisees.
• Ensure effective use of expenses within regional guidelines.
• Communicate with Franchisees and cross-functional partners on initiatives.
• Complete administrative duties in a timely manner.
