• Achieve sales, profitability, and network growth goals for a portfolio of franchisees.
• Lead planning and Franchise Business Reviews to align on future goals.
• Review data to coach franchisees and monitor progress against commitments.
• Support remodeling and new store openings with cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate communications between franchisees and partners to ensure brand standards.
• Assist Field Marketing with operations initiatives and local marketing rollouts.
• Conduct evaluations of restaurants and provide actionable feedback.
• Partner with Field Training to coordinate franchisee training.
• Manage G&A expenses within regional parameters and complete administrative duties.
