Job summary

FullSpeed Automotive is seeking a Franchise Support Director to coach and support a portfolio of 30–50 franchised locations, including Grease Monkey and SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service Centers. The role reports to the VP of Franchise and travels extensively to optimize operations and finances.

The position requires 7+ years in franchise or multi-unit operations, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead strategic initiatives across markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting franchise networks or leading multi-unit operations.
• Experience as a Franchise Business Consultant or managing multiple territories across states.
• Strong written, verbal, listening, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and develop strategies.
• Self-starter who identifies solutions and overcomes barriers.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail across a large portfolio.
• Bilingual capabilities preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for franchise owners, providing coaching and strategic guidance.
• Maintain frequent communication via phone, email, text, and onsite visits 2–4 times per year.
• Partner with Marketing, Training, Legal, and Leadership to support franchisees.
• Work with Legal to resolve conflicts involving key accounts or franchisees.
