Job summary

FullSpeed Automotive is seeking a Franchise Support Director based in North Carolina or Maryland with up to 75% travel. You will coach and support 30–50 franchised locations, acting as the main liaison to owners to boost operations, finances, and the customer experience.

The role requires 7+ years in franchise networks or multi-unit operations, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a track record of strategic guidance across diverse markets. Travel and onsite visits are essential.

Qualifications

• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 7+ years in franchise networks or multi-unit operations with commercial acumen and customer service focus.
• Experience as a Franchise Business Consultant or multi-state multi-unit leader.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and develop strategies.
• Self-starter who can identify solutions and overcome barriers.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for franchise owners, providing coaching and strategic guidance to improve performance.
• Maintain frequent communication with franchisees via calls, emails, texts, and onsite visits 2–4 times/year.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Legal, and Leadership to provide resources for franchisees.
• Work with Legal to resolve conflicts involving key accounts or owners.
• Ensure adherence to system operations and policy manuals.
• Conduct onsite reviews and coaching across sales, revenue, service, culture, and execution.
• Monitor KPIs and drive proactive solutions to operational challenges.
• Identify growth opportunities and assist in real estate/portfolio planning.
