Job summary

Grease Monkey International seeks a Franchise Support Director to coach, train, and provide strategic support to 30–50 FullSpeed Automotive franchised locations, including Grease Monkey and SpeeDee centers. This leader reports to the VP of Franchise and drives operational excellence, growth, and customer experience.

The role requires 7+ years in franchise networks or multi-unit leadership, strong communication, and travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience supporting franchise networks or multi-unit operations.
• Proven ability to mentor franchise owners and improve operations.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support 30–50 franchise locations.
• Communicate regularly with franchisees and visit onsite 2-4 times/yr.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Legal, Leadership.
• Monitor compliance with Franchise Agreement and Operations Manual.
• Develop business plans to grow revenue and profitability.
