Job summary

FullSpeed Automotive is seeking a Director of Franchise Support to lead a portfolio of 30–50 Grease Monkey and SpeeDee centers. Based out of North Carolina or Maryland, you will provide operational coaching, financial review, and strategic guidance to drive growth and improve customer experiences.

You will partner with Marketing, Training, Legal, and Leadership teams, conduct onsite visits, and monitor performance against KPIs. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting franchise networks or multi-unit operations.
• Strong written, verbal, listening, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% to support locations.
• Proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary contact for franchise owners and provides operational coaching and strategic guidance.
• Maintains frequent communication with franchisees via calls, email, text, and onsite visits.
• Partners with Marketing, Training, Legal, and Leadership to supply resources for success.
• Monitors compliance with systems of operation and conducts onsite reviews for performance.
• Develops actionable business plans to drive revenue growth and margin improvement.
