Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in integrated marketing, demand generation or franchise marketing.
• Proven track record generating leads for B2B franchises or investors.
• Strong full‑funnel marketing knowledge: paid media, email, content, landing pages.
• Experience managing external media, creative, PR agencies, and vendors.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and drive strategic actions independently.
• Hands‑on with Google Ads, LinkedIn/Meta ads, retargeting, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the franchise development marketing strategy across multiple brands.
• Lead campaigns across paid media, organic, email, content, landing pages and events.
• Create messaging and positioning for different franchise owner profiles.
• Manage outside agencies: briefs, priorities, deliverables, accountability.
• Analyze performance across channels and optimize ROI and pipeline velocity.
• Develop nurture programs and sales enablement materials for franchise sales.
• Collaborate with Franchise Development sales to improve lead quality and routing.
• Track lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
