Job summary

Propelled Brands is seeking a Marketing Services Manager to support Camp Bow Wow franchisees with local marketing initiatives. You will act as a trusted partner, developing local plans, tracking performance, and driving lead generation to grow center sales.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Franchise Services, and other teams, manage multiple projects, and translate market data into actionable recommendations for franchisees and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Experience in field marketing, digital marketing, product/services marketing, content marketing, marketing operations, or a combination of these areas.
• Experience working with franchisees, vendors, agencies, or other external partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing liaison between Camp Bow Wow and franchise owners for assigned markets; communicate annual marketing programs to the field and support franchisees with implementation on an ongoing basis.
• Independently manage assigned franchisee relationships and local marketing activities, providing proactive guidance and support to help drive market awareness, lead generation, and center sales.
• Monitor, evaluate, and analyze franchisee local market performance and provide lead-generating and business-building solutions.
• Assist in the coordination of local marketing budgets and plans for new and existing franchise owners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support franchisee success and implement marketing programs.
• Stay informed on marketing programs, vendors, and emerging opportunities to improve performance.
