Job summary

ProColor is seeking a Franchise Development & Implementation Specialist to drive growth by identifying new franchise opportunities and managing onboarding from evaluation to launch. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Vendors to ensure branding and program alignment.

This role requires strong relationship-building, automotive industry knowledge, and the ability to present a compelling value proposition to prospective partners at events and in meetings.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in automotive industry, preferably collision repair or franchise ops.
• Proven success in business development and network expansion.
• Strong relationship-building, presentation, organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel outside the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic partner growth by identifying and securing new franchise opportunities.
• Coordinate vetting, onboarding, branding, training, and launch activities.
• Maintain relationships with distributors, vendors, and referral partners.
• Represent ProColor at trade shows and industry events to support growth.
• Lead franchise handoff from agreement to launch and optimize KPIs.
