BODYBAR Franchising is a fast-growing boutique Reformer Pilates network dedicated to helping people build strength and healthier lives. We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Franchise Operations to lead field execution, elevate studio performance, and strengthen the franchisee experience across our growing network.

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations & Partnerships, this leader will oversee the full studio lifecycle from presale through grand opening and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business/Operations or related field.
• 7+ years in franchise operations or multi-unit retail/fitness operations.
• Experience leading field consultants or franchise teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and launch execution for new studios.
• Drive network performance reporting and coaching.
• Oversee field rollout of SOPs, playbooks, and campaigns.
• Develop and mentor Onboarding and Business Consultant teams.
• Ensure training, certifications, and brand standards compliance.
