Job summary

FIT House of Brands is seeking a Senior Franchise Sales Executive to lead end-to-end multi-unit development for our fitness portfolio. You will own the sales cycle from lead generation to signed agreements and studio openings, partnering with CRO, Marketing, Legal, and Real Estate to scale our footprint.

You will leverage an existing network of franchise investors and high-net-worth individuals, shape growth strategy with the CRO, and represent the brand at industry events.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of consultative B2B/B2C sales experience in franchise development.
• Proven ability to sell high-investment franchise or multi-unit development opportunities.
• Existing network of franchise investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire franchise sales cycle end-to-end from lead generation to signed franchise agreements and openings.
• Qualify and progress multi-unit opportunities with financially sophisticated buyers.
• Represent the brand at industry events and investor forums to generate relationships and opportunities.
• Walk prospects through unit economics and investment models with credibility.
• Collaborate with Legal, Real Estate, Marketing, and Finance to progress deals from lead to opening.
