Job summary

ATC Healthcare Services is seeking a Franchise Development Director to drive growth by recruiting, vetting, and onboarding new franchisees to expand the brand. You will manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to signing franchise agreements and achieving deal goals.

Key responsibilities include responding to prospect inquiries, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with marketing and legal teams. Occasional travel up to 15% is required, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in franchise development
• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred but not required
• Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills; CRM proficiency including HubSpot

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and qualify prospective franchisees via digital channels, brokers, referrals, and prospecting
• Guide candidates through discovery, validation, and FDD reviews through franchise award
• Assist in expansion strategies including territory mapping and management
• Build rapport with prospects, brokers, and consultants to close deals
• Ensure new franchisees meet financial/operational standards and are introduced to the support team
