Job summary

ATC Healthcare Services is seeking a Franchise Development Director to drive growth by recruiting, vetting, and onboarding new franchisees to expand the brand. You will manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to signing franchise agreements and achieving deal goals.

Key responsibilities include responding to prospect inquiries, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with marketing and legal teams. Occasional travel up to 15% is required, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in franchise development
• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred but not required
• Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills; CRM proficiency including HubSpot

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Franchise Development Director who drives company growth by recruiting, vetting, and on-boarding new franchisees to expand the brand's footprint. You will manage the full sales life cycle, from lead generation to signing franchise agreements to achieve deal goals. Key responsibilities include responding to prospect and broker inquiries in a timely manner, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with marketing and legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and qualify prospective franchisees through digital channels, brokers, referrals, and prospecting.
• Guide candidates through the discovery process, validation calls, and Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) reviews through to franchise award.
• Assist in the development and execution of expansion strategies in line with company goals, including strategic territory mapping/management.
• Build rapport with prospects, brokers, and consultants to close deals. A charismatic storyteller able to truly connect with many types of people.
• Ensure new franchisees meet financial/operational standards and are properly introduced to the support team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in franchise development with a proven track record of success required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred but not required.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills, with proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot.
• Deep understanding of franchise legal requirements and unit economics.
• A polished, reputable self-starter, capable of working independently with a sense of urgency while managing a high-volume of prospects. Process-oriented with excellent follow-through. Respect, diplomacy and tact when working with candidates, teammates, and partners.
• Occasional travel required (up to 15%).
