Job summary

HomeFront Brands in the Charlotte area is seeking a VP of Franchise Development to lead franchise growth across our multi-brand platform. This on-site/remote role requires hands-on pipeline management from discovery to signed agreements.

You will work with the executive team, nurture broker and consultant relationships, and spearhead participation in Discovery Days and industry events. The position offers significant growth potential in a fast-growing franchisor driven by strong brand expansion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in franchise development or franchise sales with a track record of franchising.
• Established relationships with franchise consultants and broker networks.
• Experience closing multi-unit deals with well-capitalized candidates.
• Disciplined CRM use and ability to report on your own pipeline and conversions.
• Producer's drive: own deals and numbers, not managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Own the development pipeline from discovery calls to franchise agreements.
• Develop strategy with the executive team to optimize Franchise Development for the Brand(s).
• Engage with franchise consultants and broker networks.
• Convert inquiries from website, paid media, and social channels into candidates.
• Maintain strong relationships within the franchise network for referrals and opportunities.
• Represent HomeFront Brands at industry events, broker conferences, and Discovery Days.
