Job summary

PVOLVE seeks a Franchise Business Coach to serve as the primary liaison between PVOLVE and studio owners. You’ll coach franchise partners on pre-sale ramp, membership growth, class utilization, and P&L discipline across a regional group of studios.

The role is remote/field-based, with 60–70% travel, and requires 5–10 years of operations leadership in multi-unit settings; franchisee support and brand stewardship are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive operations management experience, including 3 years multi-unit.
• Fitness/wellness or membership-based multi-unit business experience preferred.
• Experience working with franchisees is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead franchise partnership through new studio openings and ramp to profitability.
• Coach on member growth, retention, and program utilization.
• Read and interpret P&L, guide actions to improve unit economics.
• Optimize labor, scheduling, and payroll relative to revenue.
• Benchmark and close gaps between top performers and underperformers.
• Collaborate with Marketing on local store growth and partnerships.
• Conduct regular studio visits and business reviews to ensure brand standards.
• Provide timely updates to VP of Franchise Operations and corporate teams.
