Job summary

Lift Brands is seeking a Franchise Business Coach to support Snap Fitness franchisees, driving consistent operations, sales, and member experience. You will train, coach, and guide owners through pre-opening and ongoing activities, leveraging brand standards and systems to improve financial performance and club culture.

The role requires 5+ years in franchise or fitness settings, strong leadership, and up to 70% travel to engage clubs, train staff, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of proven accomplishments within the franchise industry or fitness arena.
• Experience with multi-unit leadership is desired.
• Must be able to speak passionately and knowledgeably about the Snap Fitness brand and business.
• Must demonstrate discipline, professionalism, and a competitive spirit.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Support and coach franchisees to ensure operational excellence and alignment with company goals.
• Provide training and follow-up, delivering coaching aligned with brand standards and business goals.
• Analyze KPIs and provide data-driven insights to improve performance and culture.
• Communicate effectively with franchisees through meetings, reports, and updates to maintain engagement.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to franchise clubs to deliver coaching and brand updates; ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Perform other duties to support broader business objectives.
