Job summary

Primrose School Franchising is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to advise and support Franchise Owners, guiding them to exceed strategic goals and deliver premier early education and care across the Primrose network.

You will partner with school leadership to ensure premium brand standards while driving enrollment growth, financial management, and staff development across multiple locations. This role requires travel up to 80% and a strong track record in franchising.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, business or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years’ experience in multi-unit management
• Experience with franchising and early childcare
• Understanding of State and National Accreditation and Childcare Licensing rules preferred
• Proven track record of driving performance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to navigate conflict and difficult conversations and influence without authority
• Autonomy in tackling projects
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture consultative relationships with Franchise Owners and school leaders, fostering trust and accountability
• Provide holistic support across enrollment, marketing, business management, education, and operations
• Analyze school performance metrics and develop actionable growth plans
• Facilitate strategic planning discussions with Franchise Owners
• Coach Franchise Owners and school leaders on enrollment growth and financial management
• Conduct quality assurance and Service Excellence activities and follow up on brand standards
• Act as first point of contact for operational challenges and regulatory issues
• Collaborate with regional teams, vendors, and regulators to deliver integrated support
• Travel up to 80% of the time
