This field-based leadership role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication, and the ability to influence without direct authority. Travel to franchise locations and remote collaboration are integral to success.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, consulting, or leading multiple business locations.
• Strong business and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business advisor for a group of franchise owners.
• Coach owners to improve revenue, profitability, and overall performance.
• Analyze KPIs, financial statements, sales metrics, and operations data.
• Conduct regular business reviews and develop action plans.
• Travel to franchise locations for in-field coaching and support.
• Lead virtual coaching meetings and accountability sessions.
• Assist with onboarding and launching new locations.
• Deliver training on Honest Abe systems and best practices.
• Partner with marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams to help franchisees succeed.
• Identify operational challenges and address them proactively.
• Build trusted relationships while upholding company standards.
