The role emphasizes training, strategic support, and education on Special Services while maximizing efficiency and profitability. Expect collaboration with franchise networks and field teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, coaching and development for janitorial or franchised networks.
• Ability to sell, manage territory and time efficiently.
• Strong ethics, independent judgment and professional demeanor.
• Proven public speaking and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new Franchise Owners using the First Year Journey program.
• Provide technical and strategic support to Franchise Owners to align with brand standards.
• Educate and advise on growth opportunities and new services.
• Act as needed in local operations and guide day-to-day support center activities.
