Jiffy Lube is seeking a Contracts Analyst to support the Contracts Team in a fast-paced, growing organization. The role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely interaction with franchisees and stakeholders for new Franchise Agreements and store conversions, closures, transfers, and related activities.

The ideal candidate demonstrates solid judgment, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to work independently while collaborating across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to independently research and resolve billing issues.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or GSAP.

Responsibilities

• Draft, examine, and revise franchise agreements with legal input.
• Coordinate and execute contract transactions and approvals.
• Maintain data in contract systems for new franchises and store changes.
• Monitor documentation for new sites, conversions, renewals, closures, and transfers.
• Interact with stakeholders to obtain buy-in and define requirements.
• Support annual FDD filing preparation and disclosure tracking.
