Job summary

Jiffy Lube International is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to join Team Car Care in Irving, TX. The role focuses on marketing analytics, reporting, and campaign performance across paid media, email, and web channels. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics or related analytical role
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics, economics, data analytics, or related field
• Hands-on proficiency with GA4 and Tag Manager, plus Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data across platforms
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Strong ability to translate data into clear narratives for non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards across paid media, SEO/SEM, email, and website channels
• Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and present actionable recommendations
• Define KPIs, tracking plans, and validate data accuracy for campaigns
• Support media mix and channel-attribution analyses to guide budget allocation
• Write and maintain SQL queries to pull data from multiple sources
• Conduct A/B and multivariate tests and communicate results to stakeholders
• Ensure data quality across marketing platforms and tracking implementations
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance summaries and ad hoc analyses
