Job summary

Delta System & Software, Inc. is seeking a Construction Operations Manager to own end-to-end franchise build-outs. You will manage the physical construction, permitting, contractor coordination, and budgets while coordinating with brand teams to ensure consistent on-site concepts.

The role is remote with travel up to 50% to oversee multiple sites, drive cross-functional collaboration, develop scalable playbooks, and prepare for future franchise expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management or multi-site operations.
• Direct experience with franchise rollouts or opening multiple locations.
• Strong background in permitting, general contracting, timelines, and site readiness.
• Proven vendor/contractor relationship management, including negotiation.
• Experience owning budgets across concurrent projects.
• Highly cross-functional with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of flagship facility build-out and multi-site rollout.
• Lead construction, permitting, contractor coordination, timelines, site readiness.
• Source, negotiate with, and manage vendor and contractor relationships.
• Own project budgets across concurrent sites and monitor spend vs forecast.
• Hire, onboard, and manage all team members and vendors for builds.
• Partner with brand/marketing on in-store branding and packaging elements.
• Coordinate with compliance, product, marketing, and finance teams and external partners.
• Build playbooks, SOPs, and systems to scale future site rollouts.
• Lay groundwork for a future franchise model with standards and docs.
• Travel to active project sites up to 50%.
