Job summary

Unleashed Brands is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial buildouts across its brand portfolio. You will own project execution from pre-construction coordination through final inspections, punch lists, and sign-offs, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• At least five years of construction project management experience, including direct responsibility for commercial buildouts.
• Experience managing multiple projects, GCs, budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Ability to read construction drawings and understand sequencing and building systems.
• Advocate for franchisees and follow through on commitments.
• Strong organization, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Multi-location or franchise construction experience preferred.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Help coordinate GC sourcing, qualifications, proposals, and selection.
• Manage construction against approved plans, scope, budgets, schedules, and brand standards.
• Hold GCs, vendors, and installers accountable for quality, progress, and commitments.
• Coordinate with Construction, Equipment and Attractions, Final Build teams, architects, engineers, landlords, and other partners.
• Track project costs, evaluate change orders, and challenge unsupported costs or delays.
• Resolve field issues, monitor milestones, and drive recovery plans when projects fall behind.
• Conduct two site visits per location for Large Brands and once for Small Brands.
• Provide clear weekly updates on progress, risks, budgets, and completion to franchisees.
• Coordinate final inspections and required opening approvals, lead punch-list walks, and verify corrective work.
• Ability to travel and report to the corporate office when not traveling
