Job summary

Choice Hotels International in Washington, DC seeks a Franchise Communications Coordinator to support the production, administration, and distribution of franchisee communications, ensuring timely delivery and clear messaging.

You will own distribution lists, Salesforce workflows, intranet uploads, and provide writing/editing support for corporate communications, reporting to the Senior Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with corporate communications preferred.
• Strong writing and editorial abilities.
• Experience with Salesforce workflows a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update biweekly email distribution lists.
• Create franchisee newsletter proofs in Salesforce and manage approvals.
• Build and upload custom distribution lists in Salesforce.
• Distribute franchisee newsletter on schedule twice a week.
• Coordinate distribution timing with the international team.
• Upload articles to intranet and ensure correct tagging.
• Provide editorial support for corporate communications.
