Responsibilities include forecasting, setting goals, maintaining inventory balance, coordinating with marketing, conducting sales meetings, and building a positive team culture while actively engaging with the community.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination.
• Proven leadership and training abilities in dealership setting.
• Strong emphasis on honesty, integrity and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Forecast monthly and yearly unit sales, gross profit, and departmental profits.
• Coordinate with each salesperson and manager on goals and objectives.
• Create a positive sales culture and team atmosphere focused on retention.
• Conduct regular Sales meetings with the team.
• Maintain balanced inventory in new and used sales.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive strategy and meet goals.
• Play an active role in the community.
