Landmark Automotive Group is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for our franchise dealership in the Atlanta area. Lead a high-performing sales team, forecast sales and profits, and partner with marketing to reach aggressive targets.

Bring energy, motivation, and a strong commitment to customer service to drive CSI and overall dealership success. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of dealer management experience, a proven leadership track record, and the ability to cultivate a winning team culture

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in dealer management.
• Strong focus on customer retention and CSI in Sales.
• Forecast monthly and yearly unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits.
• Lead and train sales staff to achieve goals and objectives.
• Create a positive sales culture and team atmosphere emphasizing retention.
• Conduct regular sales meetings to drive performance.
• Maintain balanced inventory in both new and used vehicles.
• Collaborate with marketing to craft strategies that meet sales goals.
