Approximately 95% of our clients are franchise auto dealers, which will be the core focus. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly competitive, and excels at communication and relationship-building to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience selling commercial insurance.
• Experience working with franchise auto dealers preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Detail-oriented and highly competitive.
• Property & Casualty license required.

Responsibilities

• Generating leads through professional relationships, cold calling, and referrals.
• Developing relationships with decision-makers for prospective clients.
• Maintaining a strong new business pipeline.
